Can I use only one of your services?
Yes, if you would like just guidance, vote submission, or N-PX reporting, we can tailor our services to your needs.
Can I choose more than one policy?
You can receive guidance from any policy for any of your custodian accounts. However, we can only have "default vote" for one policy per custodian account.
Can I receive your recommendations on my current proxy network?
Yes, Egan-Jones does work with major proxy networks to submit vote recommendations.
How long before a meeting will I receive a recommendation?
The buffer between when you receive Egan-Jones' recommendations and when votes are due vary based on when we receive your ballots - we aim to provide two weeks buffer.
How do you know which issuers I want research on?
You will receive research for any issuers that send you ballots. You will also receive research for issuers on your watchlist.
What is your onboarding process?
Customers complete a simple onboarding form. Customers also need to send a letter to their custodian confirming Egan-Jones will have voting rights. In some cases, a custodian has a special process to confer voting permissions to a third-party.
How often are polices updated?
Egan-Jones policies undergo a major update annually and minor updates in and around the proxy season if there are new proposals that require attention.
How much does Egan-Jones charge?

How does billing work?
Customers are billed once annually for base service and may face ballot or report overages depending if they require more than their initial contract allotted.
Is there a limit to the number of users I can have?
All new contracts have a user limit for ProVote. Chat with our team to select the right number of seats for you.
